Important information

All prescription-grade therapies require a prescription from a licensed provider and are prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, efficacy, or quality. What the price includes

  • The asynchronous consultation: a licensed clinician reviews your intake.
  • The prescribed medication, if a prescription is issued.
  • Supplies.
  • Two-day shipping after the pharmacy dispenses.

If you are not prescribed

Payment is taken at the end of the health assessment. If the reviewing clinician determines you are not eligible for a program, your payment is refunded.

Timing

Two-day shipping is transit time after the pharmacy dispenses. Clinician review and pharmacy preparation come first, so the total time from your assessment to delivery is longer than two days.

Comparing prices elsewhere

Check that you are comparing the same thing: the ingredients, the amount per vial, whether a consultation and shipping are included, and whether the price is per vial or per month. A lower sticker price can describe less medication, a research-use product, or a price that excludes the clinician.
