UNDERSTAND THE TREATMENT
BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide investigated in tissue-repair and gastrointestinal research. Much of the discussion online is based on preclinical work, which is different from evidence of benefit in people.
The starting point is your health history and the reason you are seeking care—not a dosing schedule found online. Your clinician can assess whether a treatment discussion is appropriate and whether a better-studied option makes more sense.
WHAT PEOPLE ASK
BPC-157 (also written BPC 157 or bpc157, short for “body protection compound”) is a synthetic chain of 15 amino acids based on a sequence found in a protein in human gastric juice. It is studied mainly for tissue repair and the gut.
Almost all of it comes from rats and cell studies, where BPC-157 has shown effects on tendon, muscle, gut and blood-vessel healing. Human data are limited to a few small, uncontrolled reports; there is no published randomized controlled trial. Animal results do not establish that it heals injuries in people. Read the full BPC-157 evidence and safety guide.
Nobody knows the side-effect rates in people, because it has not been tested in large human trials. FDA has flagged limited safety information, possible immune reactions, and impurity concerns. Reviews also raise a theoretical concern about its effect on blood-vessel growth, which matters for anyone with a history of cancer. Tell your clinician about every condition and medication.
BPC-157 is not FDA-approved for any use. It can be prescribed and prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient where pharmacy and state rules allow, which is different from approval. It is also on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list, which matters for tested athletes.
The Peps RX formulation is injectable. How well oral BPC-157 is absorbed in people has not been measured. See BPC-157 oral vs injection.
BPC-157 is $255 a month on a one-month plan. That includes the online consultation, the clinician review, supplies, and two-day shipping once the pharmacy dispenses. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are offered at checkout. If the clinician decides treatment is not appropriate for you, your payment is refunded. See what peptide pricing includes.
Yes, through a clinician review. You complete an online health assessment, a licensed clinician reviews it (a phone call may be needed) and decides whether BPC-157 is appropriate. If it is prescribed, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares it and ships it to you. Peps RX serves patients in all 50 states; a prescription is never guaranteed.

What a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy means for your prescription, and what it does not.

Peps RX prescriptions are compounded by a state-licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy for the individual patient named on the prescription. That is a different pathway from products sold “for research use only,” which are not made or labeled for use in people.
Injectable preparations are sterile preparations. USP <797> is the national standard for compounding them, covering cleanroom conditions, personnel garbing, and beyond-use dating, and state boards of pharmacy enforce it.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed, and state boards of pharmacy are primarily responsible for overseeing 503A pharmacies.
Your prescription label names the dispensing pharmacy. You can confirm its license on that state’s board of pharmacy website. How to verify a compounding pharmacy.

THE DETAILS MATTER
The displayed monthly price includes the asynchronous consultation, supplies, and two-day shipping after dispensing. Your medical questionnaire starts the process; a licensed clinician independently determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Your dose is determined by the prescribing clinician from your intake form, health history, current medications, and the reason you are seeking care. The strengths listed on this page are product specifications, not instructions for use. Do not calculate a protocol from this catalog or combine treatments without an individualized clinical review.
How long a vial lasts depends on the prescribed dose, schedule, formulation, and pharmacy instructions. The monthly price shown on this page describes the care plan; follow the fulfillment and use directions provided by your clinician and pharmacy.
BPC-157 is not FDA-approved. FDA cites limited safety information, potential immunogenicity, and concerns involving peptide impurities and active-ingredient characterization. It should not be described as a proven treatment for tendon injuries, joint pain, or digestive disease.
The listed price includes two-day shipping once the pharmacy dispenses and ships an approved prescription. It does not mean delivery two days after your first visit. Review, preparation, location, and carrier conditions affect the overall timeline.
