UNDERSTAND THE TREATMENT
KLOW combines four named ingredients: BPC-157, GHK-Cu, KPV, and TB-500. Their concentrations are 3 mg, 10 mg, 3 mg, and 3 mg per mL, respectively. The separate ingredient amounts should remain visible when comparing blends.
The starting point is your health history and the reason you are seeking care—not a dosing schedule found online. Your clinician can assess whether a treatment discussion is appropriate and whether a better-studied option makes more sense.
WHAT PEOPLE ASK
KLOW is a blend of four ingredients: BPC-157, GHK-Cu, KPV and TB-500. The Peps RX formulation contains 3 mg, 10 mg, 3 mg and 3 mg per mL respectively, in a 5 mL vial.
GLOW is usually BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu; KLOW adds KPV; Wolverine is BPC-157 and TB-500 only. Peps RX offers Wolverine and KLOW. Full comparison: Wolverine vs KLOW vs GLOW.
No human trial has tested KLOW. The research behind each ingredient is mostly animal and laboratory work, and FDA reports no identified human exposure data for KPV. Combining ingredients does not make a result more likely or a treatment safer.
They are not known from human studies. FDA has raised immune-reaction and impurity concerns for its ingredients. A clinician weighs your history before any prescription.
KLOW is $300 a month on a one-month plan. That includes the online consultation, the clinician review, supplies, and two-day shipping once the pharmacy dispenses. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are offered at checkout. If the clinician decides treatment is not appropriate for you, your payment is refunded. See what peptide pricing includes.
Yes, through a clinician review. You complete an online health assessment, a licensed clinician reviews it (a phone call may be needed) and decides whether KLOW is appropriate. If it is prescribed, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares it and ships it to you. Peps RX serves patients in all 50 states; a prescription is never guaranteed.
WHAT EACH INGREDIENT IS STUDIED FOR
TB-500 and BPC-157 are studied mainly in animal models of tendon, muscle, and wound healing. Those findings are not proof of a recovery benefit in people.
BPC-157 and KPV have been studied in laboratory and animal models of intestinal injury and inflammation. Human evidence is limited.
GHK-Cu research centers on topical skincare and laboratory studies of collagen. Topical findings do not establish what an injection does.
Research areas are not proven benefits. KLOW is a compounded preparation that is not FDA-approved, and a licensed clinician decides whether it is appropriate for you. Compare KLOW, Wolverine and GLOW.

NO FINE-PRINT MATH
The formulation, the vial, and the monthly price—kept separate, so you can compare clearly.
Specifications are not dosing instructions. Follow only the directions provided by your clinician and dispensing pharmacy.
What a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy means for your prescription, and what it does not.

Peps RX prescriptions are compounded by a state-licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy for the individual patient named on the prescription. That is a different pathway from products sold “for research use only,” which are not made or labeled for use in people.
Injectable preparations are sterile preparations. USP <797> is the national standard for compounding them, covering cleanroom conditions, personnel garbing, and beyond-use dating, and state boards of pharmacy enforce it.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed, and state boards of pharmacy are primarily responsible for overseeing 503A pharmacies.
Your prescription label names the dispensing pharmacy. You can confirm its license on that state’s board of pharmacy website. How to verify a compounding pharmacy.

THE DETAILS MATTER
The displayed monthly price includes the asynchronous consultation, supplies, and two-day shipping after dispensing. Your medical questionnaire starts the process; a licensed clinician independently determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Your dose is determined by the prescribing clinician from your intake form, health history, current medications, and the reason you are seeking care. The strengths listed on this page are product specifications, not instructions for use. Do not calculate a protocol from this catalog or combine treatments without an individualized clinical review.
How long a vial lasts depends on the prescribed dose, schedule, formulation, and pharmacy instructions. The monthly price shown on this page describes the care plan; follow the fulfillment and use directions provided by your clinician and pharmacy.
KLOW is not FDA-approved. Combining ingredients does not establish a better result or a safer treatment. FDA identifies safety-data limitations for these ingredients, including no identified human exposure data for KPV in its published safety review.
The listed price includes two-day shipping once the pharmacy dispenses and ships an approved prescription. It does not mean delivery two days after your first visit. Review, preparation, location, and carrier conditions affect the overall timeline.
